Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you request a quote, the form asks for your name, email address, the training you need, your estimated group size and timeframe, and optionally your phone number, organization name, and a message. That submission is delivered to a private Google Sheet that only CPR Metro uses to prepare your quote and schedule your training. We do not use this information for anything else.

Website analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use it: which pages are visited, the type of device and browser, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. This helps us see which cities and courses people are looking for. Google's handling of this data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can limit analytics collection through your browser settings or content-blocking extensions; the site works fully either way.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We do not run advertising on this site.
• We do not share your details beyond the Google services we use to run the business (the quote spreadsheet and analytics described above).

Your choices

If you would like the details from an inquiry you sent removed, email us and we will delete the row from our records.
